*The reduced prices as well as the annual rental for children are reserved for people whose tax reference income per unit is less than or equal to €7,100. **The student solidarity rate is reserved for students with social criteria grants on levels 3 to 7, for students receiving the ASAA (Aide Spécifique Annuelle aux étudiants en situation d’Autonomie) from the CROUS corresponding to grant levels 3 to 7 and for students not receiving grants and receiving the CROUS €1 meal. ***Persons holding the Mobility Inclusion Card have access to the solidarity rate for adapted bikes.

Insurance services provided by LOCVELO S.A.S. and its LOCVELO Assurances division: representative insurance intermediary, registered with the ORIAS under number 20002666.
Guarantee Deposit
The amount of the deposit depends on the type of bike hired:
- Classic bike (adult, child): €200 incl. VAT / bike (two hundred euros)
- Electrically-assisted bike: €800 inc. VAT / bike (eight hundred euros)
- Tandem bike: €800 inc. VAT / bike (eight hundred euros)
- Folding bike: €800 inc. VAT/ bike (eight hundred euros)
- Cargo bike: €1,000 (inc. VAT) / bike (one thousand euros)
- Adapted bike: €1,000 (inc. VAT) / bike (one thousand euros)

Maximum rental period for a bike with or without a subscription: 24 consecutive hours.
If the rental period is exceeded, an additional charge of €14/24h will be made for packages without a subscription, an additional charge of €6/24h for full-price subscriptions and an additional charge of €3/24h for reduced-price subscriptions.
Return charges
Bikes must be returned to the original station – where they were hired.
- Return to the original station: €0.00
- Return outside the original station: €25.00
- Penalty for failure to return the bike (loss, theft, breakage): €200

Agency and Click&Collect
PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
Conditions and documents to be presented:
- The hire service is available to people aged 18 and over.
- Present your valid identity document (national identity card, passport, driving licence, residence permit, resident permit or EU national permit).
- Proof of address less than 3 months old, proving that you live in the Strasbourg Eurometropolis, for rentals of more than 1 week.
- For all student rentals, present your student card for the current academic year.
- To benefit from the reduced price: present your most recent tax assessment (or notice of non-taxation) showing your reference tax income (base reference tax income less than or equal to €6,358).
- In addition to your bank details, you will be asked to provide a deposit by signing a SEPA direct debit authorisation form. It can also be provided in cash, by cheque or by credit card (bank pre-authorisation), but only for rentals of one week or less. The deposit will only be cashed by Strasbourg Mobilités Vélo if the bike is stolen or not returned.
PROFESSIONALS
Conditions and documents to be submitted :
For all rental requests, you must submit :
- A copy of the identity document of the person in charge of the establishment
- A KBIS extract (company), a Sirene register notice (self-employed professionals, tradespeople) or a copy of the articles of association (associations)
- A service order or purchase order for payment by bank transfer.
Self-service
Conditions and documents to be submitted
Self-service hire is available to people over the age of 18, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, subject to the number of bicycles available at the station.
Strasbourg Mobilités Vélo reserves the right to deduct from the bank account associated with the customer account an indemnity of €200 per hired bicycle as a security deposit in the event of theft or failure to return the equipment.
