How to hire a Vélhop
Self-service Vélhop
You can now take advantage of our new self-service stations!
To hire a Vélhop at one of our new automatic stations, download the new Vélhop application, create your account online and log in!
Stations are currently being set up throughout the Eurometropolis, so check the map to find out which one is closest to you.
Vélhop click and collect
New customer: If you want to hire a Vélhop, go directly to the Central Agency or book online to collect your bike from a Click & Collect collection point (only available for long-term hire)!
Pre-register to create your Vélhop account:
Vélhop tip: for all new long-term rentals, book online to ensure that a bike is available when you come and to reduce waiting time in the agency!
Vélhop customer: If you are currently renting a bike and would like to: renew your contract, make an appointment for bike maintenance, return your bike or access your contractual documents.
