• Frida Kahlo Media Library in Schiltigheim

  For rentals of one month or longer, book your bike online and pick it up on the plaza in front of the Media Center.

  • Longtail, Family, Cargo, and Shorty cargo bikes
  • Folding bikes

  Together, we’ll find the bike and plan that best suit your needs!

  Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (by appointment)

• Illkirch-Graffenstaden City Hall

  For rentals of one month or longer, book your bike online and pick it up at City Hall.

  

  Bikes available:

  • Electric bikes and low-seat electric bikes
  • Longtail, Family, Triporteur, and Shorty cargo bikes
  • Folding bikes

  Together, we’ll find the bike and plan that best suit your needs!

  Hours: Every Tuesday from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM (by appointment)

• Your post office

  For rentals of one month or longer, take advantage of our network of 13 partner post offices within the Eurometropolis to pick up the bike you booked online.

  • Electric bike

  Pickup only. The bike must be returned to the Central Station Agency.

• Campus Pop-Up Office (temporarily closed)

  THIS AGENCY WILL BE BACK FOR THE 2026 SCHOOL YEAR.

   

  If you are a student, you can pick up your Vélhop bike directly at the “Le Studium” building. Information and bike pickup are available after booking online.
