New customer: If you want to hire a Vélhop, go directly to the Central Agency or book online to collect your bike from a Click & Collect collection point (available for long-term hire of 1 month and more).
Pre-register to create your Vélhop account:
Vélhop tip: for all new long-term rentals (1 month and more), book online to ensure that a bike is available when you come and to reduce waiting time in the agency!
Vélhop customer: If you are currently renting a bike and would like to: renew your contract, make an appointment for bike maintenance, return your bike or access your contractual documents.
Self-service Vélhop
You can now take advantage of our new self-service stations!
To hire a Vélhop at one of our new automatic stations, download the new Vélhop application, create your account online and log in!
