How does it work?
Rent a Vélhop
After registering on the website, go to the Vélhop app. Scan the QR code located on the rear skirt of the bike. (If you want to choose a subscription or connect your PassMobilité, go to the "Wallet" tab)
Pausing your rental
Select "Park the bike" on the app and close the frame lock. Your rental is still in progress. Click on "Resume rental" in your app to unlock the lock and set off again.
Return your Vélhop
Return the bike to the same station where you hired it. Insert it in a terminal and lock the frame lock. A beep will confirm that the bike has been returned.
